1987 SIROCCO ULTRALIGHT Purchased by a school teacher new. It came from a dealer in Massachusetts. It has the Konig Radial Engine and turns over freely. I have not tried starting it. The prop is complete, but aging. The aircraft is complete but will need repairs. The fiberglass needs attention in areas and cables will need to be repaired. Tires hold air but will need replacing. The wings are complete and are stored in a weather- proof bag. New owner will need to assemble wings. It comes with all manuals, including wing assembly, torque amounts, and step by step instructions for any possible question you would have. There are YouTube videos of identical ultralights, like this one flying. Go to YouTube and put in SIROCCO ULTRALIGHT, 3 CYL. 2 STROKE KOENIG RADIAL ENGINE. The video is a lot of fun to watch.
