Up for sale is my one place Six Chuter powered parachute! This is legal to fly without a license. While others that are over 254 lbs or 10 gallon gas tank will require a license to fly. First and foremost, please get appropriate training before flight. And by saying this, I am not responsible for any accidents that may occur while flying this aircraft. Sold as is.
This is an older style six Chuter that I have modified to my liking and looks a ton better than when I bought it. I have upgraded the old red seat to a nice real Corbeau seat with a 4 point harness. I had reinforcement bars installed behind seat and a nice aluminum gas tank with an easy to fill gas neck. Also the front steering handle has been modified for better ground steering. The old six Chuter steering was used with a cable/pulley system that just didn"t work. The engine is a 503 rotax that runs great. I"ve had zero issues with this motor and I"ve always ran appropriate aviation oil with my gas. The hours are unknown but it still purrs great! I just replaced all the Spark plugs about 2 months ago and have about 5 hours of fly time on them. It has an aftermarket 4 blade adjustable pitch prop installed. Now there are some chips taken out of the prop most likely from getting into something in the fields but it hasn"t effected any of my flying. Replacement blades are $75.00 if you"re worried about them. It has a PD 500 chute that has shown some age. It passed air worthiness in 2013. I have recently gone through the chute and patched some minor holes(all were scattered and the largest holes were smaller than a dime). They say it"s nothing to worry about. They say if there are 4 holes are within a 1 foot square, that It needs professional repair or replaced. The chute still gets up and flys as it should. This is a great beginner powered parachute to learn on or for the person that just wants to kick back and fly. I am only selling to put this money towards a larger 2 seater since I am getting my license. I have sold one identical to this and had it shipped to ND, and shipping was around 500-600. So with that being said, I WILL ship but YOU will cover all shipping charges. I can also make a video showing the motor runs great and that it flies great as well, just let me know.
