In the past 3 years, this plane has had several items replaced or updated. Nose wheel assy, both carbs, updated to soft start ignition modules, tanks resealed, complete exhaust system, spark plugs and wires, five year engine rubber, 2 place intercom with radio input, ELT battery, tires & tubes, 3 blade propeller, canopy, new battery and voltage regulator, new brake pads, new seats along with carpet. In the dash you will find the typical steam gauge instruments, I-Com radio, Garmin transponder, electric artificial horizon, LED landing lights, digital fuel psi gauge, I-Fly 700 GPS with ADS-in to see traffic. I fly in a D airspace with no issues. Outside you"ll find the "Beacon" adsb in-out 2020 compliant (they can see you). Cruise at 115, sips 3.5 gph and climbs out like a home sick angel. Aircraft had a nose wheel collapse in 2013 and all repairs done to bring it back to flying condition. Fresh paint last year with single stage PPG. Annual done 12-2018. Nav lights, 4 strobes, dash lamps for night flying. Plane located in KCHD Chandler AZ. Love flying this plane but need to move up to four seats. All sales are final.
