Airframe:866 TT. Engine: 250 SMOH. All logs since built. All Thorp updates completed. Strong running Lycoming O-290 built as a “D” series with a Wood Demuth prop. Mags, carb, alt, exhaust all very low time and in good shape. Cleveland wheels and brakes. Mac digital nav/com, Narco xponder w/ encoder, intercom. Elec pitch trim and manual flaps. This is Not a show plane! Dings, chips and hanger rash. Fly’s very well. Visibility is outstanding. Canopy seals well. Visibility over the nose in the 3 pt is pretty good. It is an honest tail dragger that will track as straight as you let it.
Cruise about 145 mph on 7.5 gph. With a 29 Gal fuel tank, it has more range than I do. You can fill it with people, gas and baggage and go nearly 500 miles without weight or CG issues. Do some rolls along the way if you want. Loose the baggage and 1/2 the fuel for aerobatics.
