For sale is my personal favorite model of Twin Bonanza. Its lower compression engines allow for the use of just about any aviation and/or automotive fuel. Its two-bladed propellers are AD-free. I believe its gross weight allows for basic medical. It has a couch and a captain’s chair in the back, which makes it great for flying and camping! The air frame has about 4,500 total time and the engines around 600-700 SMOH. For the most part, the control surfaces are in good shape. The aircraft flew into Mason, TX from California about 2 years ago and has been tied down there ever since. I was there last month and ran the airplane up...all systems performed correctly. We are selling the aircraft as is. The airplane will require a few more things to be done to it before it is ready to fly out of there. The key and the log books are with Gary, the mechanic on the field. He is very reasonable and will work with you on repairing the airplane. Final payment will be sent to Powell Aircraft Title. They will be handling the closing on the airplane to ensure that everything is done properly and you get a clear title to the aircraft.
