This aircraft was sold a few weeks ago and the buyer came out to inspect the aircraft after winning the auction, buyer had problems with condition and lack of documentation.
I have included the email at the bottom of this listing.
This is an ultralight non-certificate aircraft and no log books, manuals or other documentation is available.
The engine has been overhauled and there have been repairs to the airframe. The lower braces have been repaired/replaced due to a hard landing.
No documentation for any repairs, overhaul or hours on the engine or airframe.
Please come and look prior to bidding or ask questions concerning condition and consider this aircraft is "as-is". I have nothing to hide nor am I trying to make this out to be anymore than it is. This is a project aircraft that needs work and is not represented to be complete or airworthy.
The photos of the aircraft with engine on and tail feathers and wings separate are taken last weekend and the photos with the wings and tail feathers on the airframe without the engine was from last summer.
Everything has been stored inside. There is still work to be done to complete. Wiring, fuel lines and minor miscellaneous tweaking with the exception of sails.
Inspection and airworthiness determination is the responsibility of new owner.

Below is the Email from previous winner of the aircraft auction.
I sincerely regret that I must withdraw my bid concerning the ultralight aircraft. After completing my inspection I found too many inaccuracy. Anyone of which I could have overlooked, but not all together. I"ve listed the major concerns:
1. There is a problem with the proper model identification. (Was listed as "B")
2. The engine had been completely overhauled, but no documentation.
3. There are no maintenance manuals available. Which makes rebuilding this ultralight to the manufacture’s specifications extremely difficult.
4. In the eBay description it stated that the sails would pass a punch test. In my opinion the sails are not airworthy, there were way too many areas showing ware & tare (holes, rips, repairs, tapings, patches, discolorations. . . etc.) The cost would be between $1200 to $1700.
5. The problem that concerns me the most is the major repairs that had to be done concerning a very hard landing, and those repairs are not within manufacture’s specifications.
Thanks for looking and let me know if you have questions. Current date: 2016-08-25
