Very solid and clean airframe inside and out. Corrosion free. Everything was checked out during a verythorough annual and found to be in great shape. There are no dents, dings, or hail damage. No damagehistory!
Parts installed at last annual:New Tires, Magneto switch, Throttle cable and rod ends, Gill sealed Battery, Instrument light circuitbreaker, Overhauled generator, Ignition harness. AvStar fuel servo to replace the old leaky Bendix one.Hot starts are now very easy. All flexible engine and fuel hoses are new from Aviall hose shop, March2015.It"s in the shop now for a new set of landing gear shock donuts, $2500
Engine was overhauled about 1500 hours ago, that time changes because I fly it every few days but hasall complete logbook entries for everything. Compressions 76-77-74-76. Exhaust system was beadblasted, found no cracks and reinstalled with new gaskets. Installed new Lord engine mounts, enginemount was stripped inspected and reinstalled.
Prop overhauled zero time in March 2015 by Santa Monica Propeller. Flown about 90 hours since.
This Mooney has not been molested! Other than the additional air scoop on cowl, it’s all original.

The exterior paint could use some love. Looks fine from 10 feet away.
Interior was done by the previous owner in white vinyl and turquoise trim and it looks great. Seats arecomfy for long cruising. All the plastic trim is great and not cracked, instrument panel is clean with noscratches. Carpet is okay, the carpet guy messed up on the dimension for the seat rails so I had to trim ita little to fit.
Annual due March 2016. All AD"s complied with.
