This is a 1940 Waco UPF-7 project that was originally sold to the Nicaraguan Air Force and served there until it was purchased a few years ago by an Australian restorer. The restoration was started and the fuselage frame was brought to completion. Sitka spruce for new wings was purchased, a new engine dishpan was fabricated, the throttle quadrants were overhauled, as were some of the instruments. I have not attempted to show everything in the photos, but to show things that are representative of the project. There are actually quite a few duplicate pieces (landing gear, control surfaces, etc) that go along with the project.
