Cosmetic Condition:Cosmetic condition is flawless and looks better then new. No one has been allow to eat, drink or smoke in this aircraft. There are no visible chips, abrasions on the aircraft exterior, or visible stress cracking on the airframe. Original interior is flawless with seats, door jams, panel or headliner are in like new condition. Baggage and main doors fit and latch perfectly, glass is in near mint. Mechanical Condition: Mechanical condition is exceptional with no squawks or issues. Logs are complete and well documented. A comprehensive Annual Inspection was completed by a highly respected and experienced A&P with no major squawks or issues.25 hour oil & filter changes. Compressions last Annual were 74-76, Oil Consumption minimal. Everything is functional and the aircraft has been remarkably trouble-free from new. History:Aircraft is free of damage history and for the first 250 hour of it"s life, the aircraft was flown for a non-pilot owner by a professional Cessna / Columbia Flight Safety instructor and ATP. The current owner is a conservative high-time pilot who has never abused or the aircraft or operated at other then improved airports and near perfect weather conditions. Always kept in hangers climate controlled for heat, cold and humidity. The the aircraft is reported to have never left it exposed to harsh sun or have operated it in heavy IMC, preip or icing conditions. A Tannis powered engine dryer has been used at all times to preserve and protect the engine.
