This is a circa 1990 complete Wheeler Express kit that includes everything except engine, instruments/electrical and upholstery. The kit is complete and has been inventoried. The wings are fast-build and ready to be closed, the fuselage halves and tail have been joined. The included factory engine mount and cowling is for a Lycoming IO-540. Other engine options are available but the mount that is included will only fit the 540 series. All work is of the highest quality and kit includes builders log with lots of photos.
