| Zenith 701 tail kit, started. Complete set of plans. Purchased in 2014, total with shipping was $2036.72. Includes all parts (invoice in hand), hardware (rivets,nuts and bolts, metal rod) plans, cd(for access to Zenith for build instructions), clecos with pliers, clamping devices, and a Avdel 724 air over hydraulic pop rivet puller.
Everything they shipped me is still there. Either as loose parts, hardware, rivets or it has been assembled into the vertical stabilizer.
Vertical stabilizer frame is riveted together but the skin is held by clecos. You can take the clecos off and remove the skins to check my underlying work. My logbook is included so the FAA can be satisfied of the owner/builder business.
Reason for selling is I lost my source of funding to see the $30,000 project thru.
I will deliver within 200 miles of Dodgeville, Wisconsin for a fee of $100.00. Closer to home would be less. Shipping would be hard as it came in an 8 foot crate and it is long gone. I"m open to whatever means is out there to ship as long as we are both protected from ripoffs.
Save yourself a $1000.00 of of factory costs. Serial number available on request. Transfer of ownership should be no different than if you purchased the completed project. |
