All four cylinder heads replaced since tear down.Runs well ,starts well low oil consumption excellent compressions #1 74/80,#279/80,#3 79/80,#479/80 New port wing tank rebuilt.Climb prop 150 HP.Avionics Terra 4x intercom/audio panel with 2 KX 155"s,1 -GS.1 Loc,Narco expndr,alt enc S-Tec 30 auto pilot w/alt hold garmin 295 on yoke and wired for a/c power.Equipment wheel pants,ceiling vent,hand brake,all new glass 2002.Exterior plug and cable.Red white 4 seat interior,4 headset jacks,shoulder belts in front.Exterior classic red on white piper scheme with antennas on centerline.Damage history as stated 2002 minor prop strike on snow prompted engine teardown with new bearings,camshaft,ect.Same as a major overhaul. Cylinders not done at that time due to good compressions and only 500 hrs on them,however all four cylinders have since been replaced in the last 6 years with the most recent 3 years ago.Recent new exhaust. Good for light IFR and easy to fly and land aircraft with overall low time. Comes with bruce cover. Always kept in hanger with very low insurance cost of around $600.00 annually.Most recent annual September 2016. Aircraft is at KDAW .
