Found in Opas attic . he was a Radial Aircraft mechanic and I see pictures of WW 2 Bombers with this type of antenna under the cockpit This looks like an ADF but not sure what it is ! it says 28 Volts and it may work or may not , good for parts Very heavy , for shipping cost at least 65 Dollar but I am not sure what the post office would charge! Any questions be glad to answer !
