Item specifics S1C Pitts Special 1972 Experimental; Engine 290G/ 125HP Very low time (Needs Left Magneto cap replaced removed to trouble shoot no spark from impulse coupler when attempted start..... previously started easily and ran strong..... engine logs indicate less than 200 Hours SMOH! New electrical system and Skytec starter installed (12V), harness, air cooler, plugs, ring gear, etc.. Panel includes digital instruments at $ 650. each! New tires, rims, Cleveland brakes.... Tube structure needs cleaned and painted and new fabric covering. Has Aluminum Ribs in wings.... most are wooden! Sold as Project last annual about 1992.... was in museum prior to purchase and flown by builder prior to that.
