This plane was hangared at least the last several years but I lost my free storage and with 3 kids now I have to get rid of it.
It had new paint about 8 years ago and with a good buffing would look great, right now maybe 7/10. The interior is worn but functional. Maybe a 3-4/10. It has a few dings from hail and maybe a few other marks here and there but nothing too bad. It"s a good flying plane and would make a great trainer or work plane.
A friend had a minor prop strike a few years back and I had the engine done and got a new cruise prop but haven"t flown it since. I swing by every few weeks to run it, charge the battery, etc, but the reality is that I"ll probably not have time for it for a long time to come.
It has the wingtip landing light STC as well as AUTOGAS STC.
It has MX 11 and MX 12 radios, Narco NAV 122 which is an all inclusive system with marker beacons and glide slope. It has an intercom.
The plane hasn"t flown for a few years and everything is expired. The local IA says he can annual it but we would have to work that out separate from this auction.

I have some boxes of extra parts including an extra carb, ELT, and a few other antennas and whatever else I have gathered on the shelves over the last 10+ years.

The engine is worth well over the asking price for this plane, it may be a great way to get and engine and a parts plane if that is something that interests you.
