IF YOU HAVE EVER WANTED A SWEETHEART OF YOUR OWN. .HERE IS YOUR CHANCE! ! This aircraft is for sale locally. The aircraft will be sold to the first buyer that has a deposit in my bank. The key to cost efficient aircraft ownership is finding a well maintained aircraft. Look no further than this pampered "pride of ownership" Cessna R182. No expense was spared by her very meticulous owner. The owner purchased the aircraft for his beloved daughter to build time. She has moved on to a Part 121 carrier and is passing this aircraft on to the next lucky buyer!

She is 1979 Cessna R182 (182RG) with 235hp O-540-J3C5D. Perhaps, the greatest aircraft that Cessna ever built. .or stopped building. Over 1250lbs of useful load (compare to 1150lbs in the six seat Bonanza A36). The amazing utility of a standard C182, but 17kts faster than the fixed gear version. Also, the Lycoming engine has a 2000hr TBO vs. ( Not the Continental engin, 230hp and only 1800hr TBO). The 182RG sips around 12-13gph in normal cruise between 6000-7000ft (even less at higher altitudes). This plane always turns heads! ! Nice paint, incredible avionics, and gorgeous leather…this girl is a true “turn key” aircraft.

What are the times? 5930 TTAF This bird is still a baby. 1990 SFRM (Lycoming) 1990 SPOH *Many will question the higher time (Factory Remanufactured) engine. Food for thought: These (normally aspirated) engines are not uncommon to run strong for 3000+ hours! Why overhaul her until it" needed? This is essentially free flight time (minus the fuel)! No need for overhaul setbacks, etc…. Just hop in and go. Enjoy and fly on the cheap! ! Plus, this was a zero time engine when installed. .overhaul (whenever that time comes) will be cheaper and an absolute non-issue.
