BIENNIAL INSPECTION PROGRAM For users flying less than 200 hours in 24 months, perform the Biennial Inspection Program in Chapter 5-22-00 or 5-26-00.
Biennial Inspection: the Inspection Program is for users flying less than 200 hours in 24 months and it is made up of an INTERIM INSPECTION and a COMPLETE INSPECTION.
▪ Perform an INTERIM INSPECTION at 12 months and every 24 month thereafter. ▪ Perform a COMPLETE INSPECTION at 24 months and every 24 months thereafter.
Note: Hawker Beechcraft Corp. requires that no airplane exceed 12 months without completing at least one Phase Inspection or Interim as appropriate to the Program used.
200 HOURS PHASE INSPECTION PROGRAM All four Phase Inspections must be completed each 24 Calendar Months. Hawker Beechcraft Corp. requires that no Airplane exceed 12 Months without of least one Phase Inspection.
Although the times of the Inspections may be altered, each Item should be accomplished as stated in the Inspection Program. A detailed Preamble to this Subchapter is included and should be read and understood before beginning the Inspection Program.
ALTERNATE PHASE INSPECTION PROGRAM For Users flying less than 400 Hours but more than 200 Hours in 24 Months, perform the Alternate Phase Inspection in Chapter 5-21-00 or 5-25-00.
Alternate Phase Inspection: if an Airplane is not flown at least 400 Hours in 24 Months, the Owner/Operator has the Option of inspecting the airplane as follows:
▪ Perform scheduled Phase Inspections 1 & 2 together within 12 Months after the last Inspection, then perform scheduled Phase Inspections 3 & 4 together within 12 Months after completing the Phase 1 & 2 Inspections.
