Total Time is approx. 4,000 (The hobbs installed reads differently and is documented in the logbook). TSMO is just over 200 hr. TSTO is less than 10 hr. All documented in logbooks. It is VFR ONLY with only one Com Radio and a transponder. It is ADS-B equipped. I removed the old, obsolete ADF and purchased an intercom to get it installed in that space but decided to include it in the sale and the new owner can get it installed.
It was flown from Ohio to Orlando, Florida last September. It is based in Orlando now. I had brought it to Lakeland to my trusted Mechanic to go over the whole airplane and change brakes, replace the vacuum pump and the attitude indicator. It was done. (I flew it from LAL to Orlando in .5 hr today)
Engine runs nicely and strongly. I love the comfort and the way it flies but I am traveling to Thailand on Feb 25, will be there for 3 months, then will be back home (Florida) for 2 months. . .then I will move permanently to North Thailand.
Ask questions, COME and read all you want in the logbooks, come for a test flight (you pay the fuel), bring your mechanic or I can get you in contact with any of a few good mechanics in the area. Your deposit is to purchase not to come and see if you like it. I am giving you the best information I can and you can ask more questions if you have.
$2,000 deposit (+5% for PayPal fee) upon you purchasing it and the balance in cash at pick up or a Certified check BEFORE you come to get it so it can clear my bank. If you need a ferry pilot, I can try to find someone to fly it to you. If you live one or two states away I can fly it myself for a fee and a commercial flight back.
