This 172 G, N5961R, has 3300 TT and 1155 SMOH. It was totally rebuilt after total anti-corrosion treatment, both external and external to all surfaces. Logbook dates from after aircraft trucked from AZ to TX and reassembled. Needs repair/replace to commnav and ELT. Last flown in Oct after annual inspection. Sweet flyer using 7gph at 2400RPM. Owner transitioned to 5th wheel travel.
