Hi and thanks for looking, Here we have a super nice 1963 Cessna 172D My brother in-law and I picked this nice plane up at auction in 2017 in the Dry heat of phoenix Arizona . She had been sitting for a few years and was sold For storage fees. We spent a few week ends out there getting her ready to fly home. Once back in San Diego we started going through her. We have gone through every Inch of her, we pulled out the old radios and deep sea anchor weights and replaced It all with a new panel. Updated radios and a super nice garmin 400 gps. She is full IFR flight capable and ready to go. All logs were recreated in 2000 by the owner and IA and are current to date, with a new annual signed off 01/15/2019 and many new and Updated items like all new panel ring lights. All paper work and 337s are up to date And present. The 0-300 runs very nice and smooth with only 311 total times since major.
