This is a project. It has tail damage from transport and old avionics. Assume everything needs attention. The best thing is a low time engine, but its last annual was in 1989. Items I am aware of: it is dirty, needs structural repair to the tail, will need avionics, engine inspection, reassembly paint, and annual. I am selling two of my projects - not enough time.
