This aircraft has been well maintained, great maintenance records Complete Logbooks No corrosion, No hail damage The airplane suffered a gear up landing on 07/2017 with minimal damage, most of the damaged was concentrated on all gear doors, all gear doors were replaced and belly skin replaced, all work performed professionally by an FAA I.A.; landing gear was inspected and troubleshoot for cause of malfunction and found a defective up-lock actuator, it was replaced and gear functions normally, the hydraulic Powerpack was sent for inspection and repair, was found normal and FAA. 8130-3 was issued. Engine was completely overhauled (Not just a Prop inspection/repair), the two Blade Propeller was replaced with an overhauled McCauley three Blade Propeller (not a repaired prop strike propeller). A very detailed and extensive annual inspection was performed; Airframe and Wings were treated with Corrosion-X for corrosion protection. There is nothing to do maintenance wise for years to come. S/N: 110596, TSOH: 22.5, TSN: 925.50, Overhauled on 04-2018 Avionics Audio Panel: King KMA24 TSO Nav/Com 1: Garmin 430W with Garmin GI-106A Glideslope localizer indicator Nav/Com 2: King 170B with KI214 Glideslope localizer indicator DME: King KN 64A TSO Transponder: Narco AT150 TSO Engine Monitor: Electronics International MVP50P Autopilot: S-TEC system 30 with GPSS and Altitude Hold, fully operational Intercom Note: The MVP50P replaces all Analog Engine Gauges with all digital Gauges and includes many Screens such as, Fuel Management, Weight and Balance, Checklists, Airspeed indication, Timers, Oat, etc. Interior The interior is Brown and Beige Velour, it is in good overall condition (8/10), had a new wool head liner, installed on 07/2018 (10/10), the carpet is Dark Brown and is in good condition (7/10), plastic side Panels and window trims were removed and painted and are in good condition. Exterior The Airplane is painted White with shades of Brown Stripes, the Dark Brown is Metallic Brown. The paint is in good condition (7/10), has some small chips and scratches on leading edges and nose cowl, they can be seen on the pictures; has no corrosion in nor out.
