We used it for aerial towing and do not need it any longer. It had a major restoration, or whatever you want to call it, in 2018. This included complete tear down, mostly new fabric - poly fiber fabric, the only surface not recovered was wings as they are in good condition. They were however rejuvinated, per the factory manual, so that they could be repainted. Replaced the carb, bungees, treated the struts per the A.D., and just went through the plane. It has a tow hook installed and routinely pulled 25X75 banners for us. It is a solid airplane and ready to work. It is being annual inspected as I type this out and will come with fresh inspections.Avionics / EquipmentI simply don"t recall what radio and xponder is in it, but it does have a decent digital flip/flip radio, and NON ADSB transponder. I do not remember beyond that. It has had new avionics master switch installed, and lots of updates, and it is a good aircraft, ready to work. Also sky Skyview GPS system that you can log in and see its current location and so forth. Good for aerial advertising, etc.AirframeAerial tow plane. Banner tow. Glider tow. No Corrosion, and repeating, a complete fuselage strip and recover in 2018! Also of course a tail dragger and requires an endorsement to fly. Flies wonderful!

The above listed times are from the log book last entry, but there is somewhere around 75 hours on it since that time that I am accounting here in the 200 hours. This is best GUESS as I am writing this. It is very close though.The prop is a McCauley 1A170 / GM 7443 and the total time is unknown, but it is in good condition.Interior / ExteriorThe fuselage, control surfaces, vertica" and horiz stab are all new Poly Fiber Fabric in 2018. New silver coat of course, and new paint. Piper Green! Stands out in the sky and looks good. There isnt much to the interior of one of these, but its clean and decent. Newer tires, and several spare parts come with it. Ready to work or play.RemarksIt is going through the annual as it is being posted, you are welcome to contact us and we can put you in touch with the mechanic who also did most of the work when it was restored. We might trade for another aircraft, light twin, 337, 414, 421, whatever. Let us know. We have substantially more money in this airplane than is listed for, so there isn"t much room, but it is a solid ready to work tow plane and everything is in place and functional. Its not a project plane as most Pawnees that come for sale are. Could easily be returned or converted back to agriculture spraying if you desired.
