Airplane was used by commercial training outfit (no primary students) for about the past 1500 hours. It has superb maintenance history and has already preemptively had the wing bolt attach fittings and wing spar eddy current test. .passed with flying colors. A well rigged nice flying arrow. It has complete logs, excellent organization. .zero damage history. .the last annual inspect was due in January. I recently purchased this airplane with engine issues. .but that has all been rectified. .the plane should be ready for delivery in the next week or so depending on my schedule. I am not a IA, and every IA I know is backlogged a month. .so you will need to fly the plane out of my airport with a ferry permit. .or conversely. .I have a Commercial Pilot that flies for me who I can have obtain a ferry permit and deliver the airplane. .(for a fee) to your home base.
The airplane will be available for inspection after the Easter Holiday. I purchased this airplane out of NC, and will come with a FAA Bill of Sale from me. (Clean Aerospace report). .no liens.
The aircraft is priced for a quick sale. I will not fly the airplane to a prebuy anywhere. You are more than welcome to have your A&P/IA inspect the airplane on the ramp at KDPA (Dupage County, IL). .compressions on this motor are all 76 or better, mags recently inspected. .no prop strikes or any nonsense.

My intention was to spend another $4,000 on this plane, put ADS-B Out in it, a airtex carpet kit and seat covers. .and a fresh annual and sell it for $60,000 in a heartbeat. .however. .if I can sell it and get my money out of it. .ok. .if not. .I"ll do just that.
