Airplane is in good condition 7 of 10. It has approximately 1500 SMOH, 150 STOH. Annual will complete in November. Flap actuator, rudder hinge, front prop bulkhead, just replaced. Recent upgrades include top overhaul, new mags, new pilot side seat rails, new seat rollers . Interior is in good condition 7 of 10. Safe reliable airplane to build time. I have 450 hours in the plane, and fly it regularly. Minor hail damage on top surfaces. I purchased the plane with minor hail damage on the top surfaces in 2008.
