| very nice yak-52 , had a prop strike last year ,needs prop -new $5500.00 from whirlwind. paint is very good ,had intensive annual from M14P inc in Kingman Arizona- the yak experts , re-certified air tanks , new air seals ,completely gone through ,$15,000. very nice flying yak ,has always had proper maintenance performed. prop strikes on these aircraft do not require engine inspection ,composite props were installed from the factory ,they were made as trainers ,prop strikes were common , pick em up ,extend the gear ,install prop ,back flying the same day. this is not a worn out ,ragged out yak (like many of them are) this one was rebuilt at the factory in 2005 to new condition ,disassembled ,sent to Alabama ,reassembled ,and flown by the original owner until I purchased from him in 2008 ,I bought the airplane with around 400 hours , I have flown the other 400 hours. aircraft has been continuously hangered since arrival from factory. changing jobs , moving across country , time to move on----- my loss your gain auto plug conversion rebuilt mags with American parts -2011 new tires/tubes-2014 adventure gps , David Clark headset ,knee board new batteries -2014 great working Russian radio back up American radio new elt - canvas canopy cover. aircraft has about 800 hours total time. comes with motorized aircraft tug tools ,some misc spares come with plane |
