“This is a 1/4 share ownership in a 1965 Mooney M20E. There are three owners. One owner has 50% and two others have 25% each. I am selling my 1/4 share. This a great operating and performing aircraft. Not very easy on the eyes but who cares at 8000 ft. Its in top shape with low time on the engine and prop. I believe it to be about 500 since new but not sure. Im going to post my phone number and will immediately refer you to my friend and co worker for all the details. He's the expert and will answer any and all questions you may have. The plane is Hangared at KFIT in Massachusetts and will remain there as the majority owner also owns the hangar. The numbers are fuzzy but its about 175 per month fixed cost and 130 wet per hour of flight time. Im not flying at all and and will most likely be leaving the state in the next year or two. It just went through annual in January with flying colors. Thank you. Most reasonable offers will be considered.”
