Same owner from 1969 until he passed in 2014, damage history shows light gear up landing in the mid 1960s.

Interior has cream vinyl and sheepskin paneling and seating with tan sidewalls. Exterior is red and silver with black trim.
This plane lived in the same hangar from 1991 until February of 2015 when it was moved to a tie down.
The logbooks begin in 1953 and go through the last annual which expired in 2013. The last flight was in October of 2014 just before the owner"s death in November. The plane has been sitting since.

This plane is out of annual and therefore currently unairworthy. I have no idea what it would take to obtain a ferry permit or to have an annual inspection done. I believe due to the plane"s age and the relatively low value of early Bonanzas, this one would be more suitable for parts. However, it could also be a very nice project for someone who had the time.
Clear title will be transferred by AIC Title Service in Oklahoma City. $500 partial payment required within 24 hours of sale. Balance to be paid within 7 days by wire transfer or cashier"s check. Escrow service at AIC Title can be used if buyer prefers, at buyer"s expense.
Aircraft is located in Livermore, CA. Tiedown will be paid through the end of August, after that it is approx $70 per month.
