Relisting because the winning bidder backed out. He told me he"d keep it here until it was airworthy again and had the annual completed. He then changed his mind and said he"d just come and fly it back to where he came from. When he came, he brought someone he called a mechanic. They "looked" at the plane and came up with issues he did not want to deal with. I went and got a mechanic, who I do not employ as my own so he has no obligation to me. He looked it over and told them those issues do not exist. They then came up with something else, but failed there as well. He then just backed out of the sale.
