This is a project or salvage aircraft. It needs a significant amount of work to get it airworthy again. Last annual was in 2009.


Known issues: Both aileron and flaps are corroded and unserviceable. Tail feathers in good condition. Skin damage to left wing and left side of engine cowl. Some surface corrosion on the aircraft from being stored outside for some time. Engine is basically timed out and needs to be overhauled due to time in service and also due to sitting not being run. Some of the engine accessories are missing from the aircraft (fuel pump, vacuum pump).


Aircraft is purchase AS-IS, Where-IS, no warranty expressed or implied.

Aircraft is based at Pitt Meadows Airport (CYPK) just outside of Vancouver, BC.’

Buyer is responsible for any storage fees to the airport authority once the sale is completed and funds are transferred. Storage fee is about $80/month.
A five-hundred dollar ($500) deposit is due within 48 hours of auction end via Paypal or wire-transfer. If the deposit is not received, we reserve the right to re-list the aircraft for sale. Payment is due within 7 days of auction end.
