Very nice aircraft and will come with fresh annual. flys and looks great!
Aircraft is powered by a Continental 225 E-8 (SN31059-D-6-8 Engine TT : is 4422 (120 smoh) Airframe TT: 6214 Hartzell HC-AZV20-4A1 (17 hours since overhaul) AD inspection performed 2015.
Aircraft annual inspection performed June 20 2017 and all AD"s complied & with 337 forms.
All log books since the day it was new!
New paint just 2.5 years ago. Colors are retro (Adobe beige, Gold and root beer brown) very nice!
All windows are very clean with a very nice D shannon speed slope windshield with 3rd windows installed as well.
Airframe. There was some very light corrosion starting on one of the magnesium ruddervaders but it was replaced with one that was in excellent shape. All control surfaces were thoroughly balanced when painted.
Interior I would give it an honest rating of a 5-6 but is very serviceable.

I would like to add that if the buyer chooses to do a pre-buy inspection by there own mechanic the buyer must pay for that and all parts and any if needed. The annual inspection or prebuy will be free if done by owners A/P mechanic minus parts .
Buyer is offered a refund of there 1000.00 deposit if he or she chooses to back out of the purchase.
I don’t do business that way and don’t want someone to feel forced on there purchase.
