This has been a fantastic cross-country airplane for my personal flying. If I did not decide to discontinue my flying, I would keep it for another 20 years! It was featured in the movie One Six Right (shown above). We decided to keep its original 1957 panel, but with the new touch-screen GPS, digital ADS-B Out transponder and my iPad, it’s as capable an instrument platform as any glass cockpit. A little over a year ago, I took it to the ABS Maintenance Clinic where it passed their inspection with “flying” colors, including their bore-scoping the engine. I promise you an amazing, fast, fun flying experience!
