Chrome lined cylinders - Previous owner said all were replaced, but i can only find info on one engine to verify this.

____BAD____needs the lower left outboard skin replaced. Warped from exhaust leak (SEE PIC). New old-stock skin is included.OUT OF ANNUAL - last flown from Tampa, FL area July 2015. Needs some work to be ferryable, needs the following as far as I know:-right side brake spongy- needs bled / maybe new master cylinder-cables / hinges / engine controls need lubed. Everything moves, but getting stiff.-Elevator trim cable broke on the ground... available from Preferred Airparts - good used condition for $100 last time I checked.-inspection panels were removed - most need missing screws reinstalled (I have them). Several missing Dzus fasteners ( got a few of those also)-Last ran Oct 2018-____GOOD______Started and run at low (800-1000 rpm), mid power (15-1800 rpm) for several minutes, props cycled a few times, ran until close to normal temps....then a fast idle for a minute, then shutdown several times each year over the first 3 years.Props turned over by hand several times; not often enough, but at least every 2 months.

This is a no reserve auction. Aircraft must be made ferry able with in 2 months of auction end or a storage fee of $100.00 a month will incur every month until the 310 leaves the property. Electric and an air compressor are available for use but compressor needs a 50ft extension hose to be usable that you would have to bring along to use.
