Empty weight is 1,290 lbs. year of engine overhaul is 1993 and the paint job was done in 2010. Uses about a quart of oil every 5-6 hours. no oil sampling has been done. Prop time since overhaul is 550 hrs. 51" pitch. Had new mags in 1993. Has cleveland brake conversion. no corrosion history or treatment. DG and ALT both functional. Last annual 10-27-15 cold compression reading are: #1-78, #2-60, #3-70, #4-75, #5-75, #6-75. This is one of the best 1959 172"s in the country. needs nothing.
