Reason for selling: Going into a partnership with my boss on a Cessna 210.
This Tri-Pacer really has been trouble free and a real joy to fly. It is cheap to own and maintain and has the bullet proof O-320 150HP engine. I bought this plane with the engine right at TBO for $15,000.00 with the intentions of flying it past TBO. Most of you know that these engines go to 3,000 hours without needing an overhaul if the engine was well taken care of and flown regularly which this engine has. I would love to keep this airplane but I just can"t own two planes and I need more room and to go faster.
There is no corrosion and the fabric is in good condition. It flies straight and true. New paint on the nose cowling to get rid of a curly cue that looked funky. More stream line looking. Spinner was also newly painted. See last picture of the funky curly cue.
Could use new bungees which I am including with the sale of the airplane. I am also including a $300 bungee tool which I purchased to install the new bungees. I do not have time to install them.
All windows are new!
Interior is in great shape.
Flap extension handle included with STC. I do not use it.
No Fuel leaks.

Transponder works great
