COMPRESSIONS AT THE RECENT ANNUAL INSPECTION 11/2018 WERE ALL FANTASTIC AT 79,75,75,77,77,79 !!!!!!THE MCCAULEY 2 BLADE PROP WAS BRAND NEW IN 2005 AND IT HAS ONLY 890 HOURS TTSNEW ON IT NOW!!AND THERE WAS NO PROP STRIKE, NO PROP OR ENGINE DAMAGE TO THIS AIRPLANE !!!!!LOADED WITH UPGRADES, INCLUDING:F ATLEE DODGE FOLDING REAR SEATS ($3,000 NEW)CLEVELAND HEAVY DUTY DOUBLE PUCK WHEELS AND BRAKESNEW FLAT DASH, WITH MODERN GUAGE LAYOUT AND 6 PACK INSTRUMENT LAYOUT.CENTER AVIONICS STACKALL RESETTABLE CIRCUIT BREAKERS, NO FUSES!ALTERNATOR CONVERSIONALL LATE STYLE FLIGHT INSTRUMENTSDIGITAL VOLT/AMP GUAGEEYEBROW LIGHTINGSHOULDER HARNESSESTHE INTERIOR IS OVERALL VERY NICE, IN 2 TONE GREY SIDE PANELS WITH GREY CLOTH SEATS, NEW CARPET, LOOKS EXCELLENT, EXCEPT THE CLOTH IS TORN ON THE PILOT’S SIDE, WHICH PUZZLED ME, UNTIL I REALIZED THAT THE LEFT SEAT HAS RECENTLY BEEN UPGRADED TO THE LATE MODEL ‘INFINITE ADJUSTABLE’ MODEL FROM THE LATE 1970’S AIRPLANES (VERTICALLY ADJUSTABLE AND BACKREST ANGLE VARIABLY ADJUSTS), AND HADDNT BEEN REUPHOLSTERED TO MATCH YET!!DO THAT, AND I WOULD SAY THIS INTERIOR IS A STRONG 9 OR 10!!THE PAINT IS NOT SO SHARP. NOT ORIGINAL BUT NOT RECENT, IT HAS SOME AREAS WORN OFF, BUT THE METAL SHOWING IS SHINY, NOT PITTED, AND THE FLOORS AND TAILCONE LOOK GOOD INSIDE.THIS AIRPLANE SUFFERED VERY ISOLATED DAMAGE WHEN IT LEFT THE RUNWAY OFF THE SIDE DURING LANDING AND HIT A LIGHT AND A SIGN WITH THE LEFT GEAR LEG.I DO NOT SEE ANY ISSUES WITH THE LEG LEADING EDGE, AND THE WHEEL, TIRE AND BRAAKE ARE UNDAMAGED.WHAT DOES SHOW IS A WRINKLE ON THE SIDE OF THE FUSELAGE WHERE THE GEAR FAIRING SCREWS ON. AS YOU CAN SEE IN THE PHOTOS, THERE IS A SMALL WRINKLE BEHIND THE FAIRING, AND A COUPLE OF RIVITS ARE SHEARED ON THE SIDE AND SEVERAL MORE JUST UNDERNEATH THE LEG.THE LEG IS HELD IN BY A U BOLT AT THE OUTSIDE EDGE AND A SINGLE BOLT AT THE TIP, AND BOTH OF THESE SHOULD BE REPLACED FOR SAFETY.THERE IS A SUPER SMALL WRINKLE ON THE FLOOR NEAR THE CLOSEST INSPECTION PLATE, BUT IT DOESN’T REALLY LOOK ANY MORE WRINKLED THAN THE RIGHT SIDE FLOOR, WHICH WAS IN NO WAY INVOLVED IN THIS INCIDENT.THE AIRPLANE PULLED BACK ONTO THE RUNWAY, TAXIED IN AND SHUT DOWN, WITH THE REST OF THE ENTIRE AIRPLANE BEING NO WORSE FOR THE EVENT.THERE IS WAS NO DAMAGE TO THE WINGS, FLAPS, AILERONS OR TIPS.NO DAMAGE TO THE TAILCONE OR TAILFEATHERSNO DAMAGE TO THE COWLINGS, UPPER OR LOWER, AND NO DAMAGE TO THE COWL FLAPS OR EXHAUST PIPES.NO DAMAGE TO THE FIREWALLNO DAMAGE TO THE NEWER 1 PIECE WINDSHIELD, OR ANY OF THE SIDE GLASS.THE CABIN STRUCTURE IS STRAIGHT, NO ISSUES WITH THE CARRYTHROUGHS OR LIFT STRUTS OR ATTACHMENTS.NO DAMAGE TO THE LOW TIME SINCE NEW MCCAULEY PROPELLOR!!!!!NO DAMAGE OR SUDDEN STOPPAGE TO THE GREAT RUNNING, PERFECT COMPRESSION 0-470!!IT’S ALL JUST RIGHT THERE AT THE GEAR ATTACHMENT ON THE LEFT SIDE!!LAST ANNUAL WAS 11/2018, SO THE AIRCRAFT IS OTHERWISE IN ANNUAL FOR 7 MONTHS, AND HAS BEEN FLOWN REGULARILY (25 HOURS JUST SINCE ANNUAL). I WOULD SUSPECT YOU COULD REPLACE THE 2 BOLTS FOR SAFETY AND FERRY THIS AIRPLANE ANYWHERE TO DO THE STRAIGHTENING TO THIS AREA.SOME OF THE RADIO PANEL UNITS HAVE BEEN REMOVED FROM THE TRAYS, AND ARE NOT INCLUDED IN THIS SALE. THE TRAYS AND WIRING ARE INCLUDED, NOT CUT AT ALL, FOR 2 KING DIGITAL NAV-COMS, ONE WITH GLIDESLOPE, ONE WITHOUT AND A KING AUDIO PANEL, SO YOU CAN SUPPLY OR SOURCE THEM USED, FROM US OR OTHERS, OR BORROW ONE TO SLIDE RIGHT IN FOR THE FERRY HOME AND THEN INSTALL WHAT YOU REALLY WANT, WITHOUT PAYING FOR WHAT YOU DON’T!STILL INSTALLED AND INCLUDED ARE:KING KLN 90B IFR GPS WITH ANNUCIATORSKT-76A TRANSPONDER WITH MODE ‘C’ ENCODER.ALL FLIGHT AND ENGINE INSTRUMENTATION IS INTACT!!LOCATED ON THE RAMP AT THE LIVERMORE, CALIFORNIA AIRPORT, JUST EAST OF SAN JOSE AND SOUTHEST OF SAN FRANCISCO.
