I spoke to the head of Aviation Services at ADOT yesterday afternoon about the plane. I found out that getting a new clean title is very quick and simple. Upon winning this auction the winner will be provided 2 papers. The first is an official Notice of Seizure. This shows that ADOT seized the aircraft and it was sold pursuant to Arizona Revised Statute 28-8243. The second is a Bill of Sale. With these two papers you are now the new rightful owner and you can go in and get it Titled and Registered in your name or your companies name whichever you like.
