This Piper PA-22-108 Colt fuselage, engine and propeller are offered for sale as a project/parts aircraft; as-is and where-is. A full set of wing struts is included with the fuselage. Aircraft S/N 22-8595, registered as N4987Z, had its bottom fabric re-covered in May 1986 as part of its last annual inspection. The airframe logbook shows 1932 hours total time since new. This aircraft has been modified to operate on automobile fuel. The 108 HP Lycoming O-235-C1B engine, S/N L7423-15, has accumulated 108.9 hours of operation since its last overhaul in January 1981.
