The time has come for me to sell my 172 due to health reasons. I have owned it for 10 years. The paint job and upholstery was done on 15 years ago. This 172G is fully current with a fresh annual. Total hours on the airframe are 3,000 approximately. Total time on engine is 250 hours. All the electronics work well with no problems. The radio is a Garmin XL250 Moving map It can be seen here at Whiteman Airport in Pacoima California. Just 5 miles north of Burbank. This is wonderful airplane that will only increase in value. I am an A&P I.A and have maintained this airplane myself.
