Complete logs since day one, aircraft logs are in excellent condition.
Annual: Due (Aircraft last annual was 2012)
We have ran the engines, both engines run good and develop full power on ground run, mag check was good both engines , both props cycle , both vacuum pumps working, all Nav lights working, we installed a new pair of G25 batteries , we found a leaking metering valve left engine and have ordered an exchange unit, cleaned injectors, cleaned fuel vents, no leaks noted with fuel bladders , cycled gear, operated flaps, trim operates normal, brakes are working, installed new air filters, all engine control cables operate freely.
Items not working that we are aware of,
right landing light INOPTaxi lightRight elevator has a few pin holes. Will Ferry as is , I may have a replacement also after the auction
Heater was not tested.
Aircraft will need a good annual inspection. Needs new tires, some dry cracking going on now. Aircraft will ferry as it sits. uplock springs need to be replaced, left main strut seal, taxi light, right landing light, some exterior SS cowl fasteners, IFR/Static check, ELT battery, heater decay test, lube gear, uplock cables, lube uplock rollers. these are just the obvious items noted.
We have a video of the gear operating. Ferry permit can be arranged for the buyer if requested
Perfect aircraft for someone looking for a cheap twin to build some time in, 55"s are great performers and not so bad on fuel. Grab a handheld GPS and start flying, 170-175 KTS burning 24-26 GPH with the safety of 2 engines..
Paint would buff up some, not going to win any awards but still has life left.. Glass is very good shape for its ageinterior is out dated but in great shape overall.. address a few areas and it would be fine. See photos. Aircraft has 5 seats..
