Say hello to Morty!!! He is my personal runner which I use going back and forth to work ( about a 40 minute commute), great little Mooney, fast (even running it lightly I do 130kts/9gph), nice paint, fresh prop overhaul with the updated hub (no re-occuring ad). Just installed a vernier style mixture cable and new fuel sumps. If something isn"t 100%, I have it taken care of. He needs to get me to and from work reliably, and he"s done that perfectly. Unfortunately, we are purchasing a house and have a few other planes I can use, so Morty has to go... :(When possible, he is hangared here AND always hangared at my work.I have priced him quite aggressively, so please don"t think something is wrong, he just needs to go asap! Vref retail is $35,000... And sorry for the pictures, I didn"t have time to give him a proper detailing, so he doesn"t quite look his best...

Fresh IFR Cert in FebruaryApproximately 1,000lb Useful LoadJust installed a vernier style mixture from McFarlane!Very nice paint and interior (there are maybe a handful of small surface corrosion bubbles, as show in the pics - could easily be sanded and touched up & carpeting could use replacement) Overall, great shape for the year, and I would rate it a "7+" inside and out.
