This is a 1965 Cessna 172F, S/N: 17253182, N5200F. This is a great lying airplane, no damage history. It climbs at 900 FPM with two adults and full fuel, flies straight and smooth. Everything works well, NO OIL LEAKS, new battery, new brakes, good tires, good upholstery (Except a little sun burned on the two side panels by the windshield, the rest of the upholstery is a 6.5 of 10. Paint also a 6.5 of 10, very little surface corrosion in small isolated areas (normal for an airplane in Florida), airplane gets washed regularly for same reason. Has wing tip strobes, strobe/beacon, IFR, two VOR, ILS, DME, two NAV/COMs. IFR current.
