I am selling my well maintained Mooney M20E to gain growth capital for my new startup. This airplane is in excellent condition, and has been exceptionally maintained. Paint is 98% (2012), Interior is 95% (2011), no damage history, all logs, Harzell scimitar prop with new hub under 300hrs. ~1200hr engine, <2000hr TTAF. It will need new tires in the next 100 hours, but otherwise it is a sound bird. Annual was completed in Feb "15 with no squawks.
