also 2 months ago I got a deposit on it on the first couple of days of the auction. The buyer was from South America and We never were able to complete the transfer of funds. So here there is a second chance at it. I just flew it yesterday afternoon for 40 min.

I fly this airplane with the same confidence I fly my other C-172N (last picture) Her Last cross country was to The Bahamas!It flies very solidly. It is equipped IFR . You would need to get it certified. Continental O-300 Airframe TT is 3,773.9 approx because I may fly her a little. TSMO is 2,243.8 (+/- 10 hr last 2 months).

I/A just sealed the "windshield" a few hours ago in a preventive way.Main Tires and Brakes are new ( 1 hour ago). Front kick side panels inside are at the upholstery shop (They are back and installed now). Comm #1 is a Garmin GNC 300XL with GPS working perfectly. This GNC 300XL in used condition sells on eBay for minimun $2,295 therefore if you buy her for the initial bid you are really buying the Aircraft for around $16k (because I could have removed the Garmin and sold it with only one radio). Both radios work. It has a Compass Card and if you prefer a Wet Compass I have one that we can swap. No intercom. I use a portable push to talk. Transponder was Yellow tagged a couple of months ago. Front Strut was overhauled Nov. 30th, and Beacon light too. Prop was re-painted recently.
