SOME OF THE WHITE ON THE LEADINGEDGES COULD USE A TOUCH-UP TO HAVE IT REALLY SPARKLE.INSIDE, THE 4 FRONT SEATS ARE A VERY NICE LIGHT TAN LEATHER, WITH MATCHING SIDE PANELS IN GOOD CONDITION. THIS AIRPLANE ALSO HAS THE 2 FAR REAR FULL SIZED SEATS (5TH AND 6TH) WHICH ARE QUICK INSTALL OR REMOVE, BUT THEY ARE NOT UPHOLSTERED TO MATCH (STILL CLOTH)SO THIS IS A NICE 310K INSIDE AND OUT BUT THIS 310 HAS AN ISSUE!LAST ANNUAL WAS JUST PERFORMED IN MARCH OF 2020, SO THIS AIRPLANE was excellent DID NOT HAVE A MECHANICAL ISSUE AT ALL.BUT STILL THE AIRPLANE LANDED WITHOUT IT’S LANDING GEAR EXTENDED!THE FLAPS WERE DOWN, SO HE PLANNED ON LANDING, BUT AS SOMETIMES HAPPENS, HE FORGOT TO PUT THE GEAR DOWN! ALL 3 BLADES ON EACH PROP ARE BENT (SPINNERS STILL GOOD!) I HAVE TOW PROPS WITH HAVE LESS THAN 100 HRS ON THEM FOR $4000 THEY ARE IN TX I CAN FORWARD THE CONTACT TO YOU BOTH ENGINES REQUIRE INSPECTION (BUT NOT OVERHAULS THEY TURN OVER SMOOTHLY) AS A RESULT OF THE PROP STRIKES THE SKINS ON BOTH THE INBOARD AND OUTBOARD FLAPS HAVE SCRAPING.THE INBOARD EXHAUST SHROUDS ON BOTH SIDES ARE SCRAPED (THESE ARE BOLT-ON PIECES, NOT PART OF THE WING STRUCTURE).
