This plane just was started and the tow bar was still on the nosewheel. The tip of a prop blade hit it and sent it across the ramp. The tip of the prop is very slightly bent on one corner. The engine is at 1,400 hours and so nearly at TBO. This is considered a propstrike and the engine has to be torn down. The prop has to be overhauled too.
I am going to sell it as it is, or overhauled.
At the end of this week long auction if the plane has not sold for $35,000 as it is, which is "running well with a zero time prop", it is going to be overhauled and then in several months will be offered for sale for $59,500 with a zero time engine installed. There is one week for you to buy it like it is for $35,000. It can be ferried if you get a ferry permit. The prop will be overhauled but nothing will have been done to the engine.
