In my 6.5 years of owning this plane, I put 350 hours on it.
It is a 1966 M20E, serial number 935. The registration shows 1965, but by serial number, it"s a 1966 model. Here are the specs:
3580TT and 95 SMOH (overhauled in 2017)

No damage history. Some minor hangar rash from before I owned it.
The plane has been maintained by a highly reputable Mooney Service Center in Texas from 2012 until 2017. My last annual was done at another highly reputable local maintenance shopAnnual due 07/2019.
Complete logs.Still actively flown.
The airplane"s flaws:
It could use a repaint. The wings leading edges are peeling as you can see in the pictures. Horizontal stab is peeling as well. The fuselage is in much better condition. I"d give it a 5.5/10.
Interior is original and it could use some TLC, namely the seats. The pilot and copilot seats are covered by sheepskin. Original fabric in the back. The plastics are generally OK, though some may need some work. I"d give it about 6.5/10.
The airplane is based in KCXO (Conroe - North Houston Airport). You can either pick up the plane here or I can deliver it to you anywhere in the CONUS and you cover the fuel and lodging.
