Happy Winter Folks!Up for Bid/"Buy it Now" today is a nice project 1966 Piper Cherokee 180. 3724TT, 755SMOH(Zephyr Aircraft Engines 2007). Avionics-PS Engineering PMA6000 audio panel with 4 place intercom and dual PTT"s, Narco Mk12D w/ localizer, King KN62A DME, King KT76A with encoder, quartz clock. The King KX155 & KI209 Indicator pictured have been removed and are not available with this sale . The tray and wiring are still there and uncut. During an annual inspection in the spring of 2015 we found significant corrosion under the battery tray/vent line outlet and into the floor, we started cleaning it out and replacing some parts and have run out of time. The aircraft will have to be disassembled and trucked. The pictures show where the most corrosion was. The floor skin has been removed. We have purchased several new pieces from Piper and they are included. Paint is fair, Interior is leather, front seats have some wear, rear seat and trim work is in nice shape, all as seen in pictures. Windshields are new and green tint, side glass is good. Pilot side toe brakes, wheel pants, strobes, monogrammed cowl plugs, tow bar. Full, complete and very tidy logbooks. The engine runs like a dream, sooo smooth! New exhaust stacks, muffler, fresh oil change. Last flown March 2015. Pictures taken March/April 2015. The engine/prop is worth what the whole plane is priced at!! Aircraft is located in Maine.
