I"m listing this airplane for a friend of mine. Its located 3 miles from my house at the International Falls, MN airport. Up for sale is a 1967 Mooney M20E Super 21. It has TT of 4309 on the airframe, TT 593 on the Factory Lycoming IO 360 A1A, and 101 hrs. on the Hartzell propeller(modelHC-C2YR-1BFP/F7497). The airframe is in original condition still sporting the original paint. This aircraft has not had an annual inspection since June of 2017. The owner said the aircraft needed a Mag and he has a replacement in a box but never got around to having it installed. He now lives in Canada and has a float plane up there and said its time to sell this aircraft. He said it was a one owner aircraft for most of its life until he purchased it. The interior is decent except the top of the rear seat has a few tears. Even the step for entry retracts with the landing gear. This was a top of the line aircraft in its day and still has a lot going for it today. If your looking for a 4 place aircraft for traveling this would be a good one. Fly in get the mag installed and an annual inspection and fly it home. We have all logs and books for the aircraft.
