I am selling my nice Cessna 150H (N23098) model due to medial reasons. This is a nice flying 150 that has spent it"s life in the dry climates of Idaho, Arizona and Colorado. 6235 TT and 1130 SMOH. Strong compressions of 74/80 or higher during last annual in 10/2015. Everything is current and it has a TMK MX12 digital nav/com, King KT78A transponder w/encoder, intercom and audio panel. Also has Terra Nav/Com with glideslope. All in working order & aircraft flies regularly. Economical flying at 5 GPH and could easily make an inexpensive IFR trainer or hour builder.Hangered at KFTG. Selling due to medical challenges that may keep me grounded for a period of time. I"d rather see her flying than sitting.
